Our heat treatments are very safe for your home and the items inside. Your electronics, dvds, etc. will all be just fine. Our technicians are inside your house every 30 minutes monitoring the temperatures and air flow.

Electronics can be damaged at 160F and up. Our treatments will heat the house up to 135-140F.

And because this is a heat treatment, without the use of chemicals, it is very safe for children, animals, and at risk families.

We had bed bugs before this business started, so we understand. We did not want our neighbors (and relatives) to know either. That is why our vehicles are white and unmarked.

Our dress is also casual (we are dressed for the heat), so overall this is very discrete. And if neighbors or the mailman happen to ask what we are doing, we will tell them your water pipe broke.

No, nothing in your house needs thrown away! That is the beauty of heat treatments. No laundry mats or replacing furniture either.

We simply ask for you to ‘clean like mom is coming over’. That includes vacuuming, taking out the trash, washing dishes, picking up trash, and putting your clothes neatly away.

Our standard warranty for residential homes in 90 days. It is a very simple and straight forward warranty. If you see any bed bugs following our treatment, we will return free of charge.

If you call enough pest control companies, you will quickly realize the prices are all over the place.

The industry average for heat treatments is between $1-$1.50 per square ft. You will find our prices fall lower than the industry average, sometimes much lower.

We are not a pest control company. We are a bed bug removal company. Because we treat for bed bugs every day, we are able to offer a very fair price for our service.

Our treatments last between 7 and 10 hours, depending on the size, type of home, and the amount of items inside.

We have a 1.2 million btu furnace that sits inside of our vehicle. We will run hoses from the heater into your home. We will have ~30 fans inside your home circulating the hot air, and pushing the hot air into your items, walls, and anywhere the bed bugs could be hidden.

Bed bugs die within 1 minute at 121.5F. We will heat the house to 135-140F, and not shut down until every square inch of the house, and every item inside is to at least that temperature.

With our pressurized heat treatment, we guarantee every bug will be dead in your house in 1 day.

For chemical treatments, you need a minimum of 2 treatments, and that is for a very well versed company. More than likely, you will need 4 or more when you use chemicals. There is a reason the chemicals most companies use cost less than $40 per bottle.

We do not use or recommend chemical treatments. If you really want chemicals, give us a call and we can recommend you to a company in your area.
